Return Policy

  • Video Recording Requirement:

    • Before opening the parcel, customers are required to make a video of the received product. This video should clearly show the condition of the package and the product inside.

  1. Initiating a Return:

    • To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support@axtracare.com with your order details and the video recording of the unopened parcel.

  2. Shipping the Return:

    • After your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us. The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.

  • Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

 

Refund Policy

Processing Refunds:

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

        Non-Refundable Items:

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after the specified processing time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at axtracare@gmail.com.
